Contract for the Supply of Goods

• No contract for the supply of goods will subsist unless and until an email is sent by Decrescent.com to you confirming that your order has been shipped (this does not include our order receipt email). This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Decrescent.com and is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

• Decrescent.com is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance.

Payment

• Decrescent.com accepts payment by credit or debit cards including VISA Electron and American Express.

• All payments are handled at the end of the checkout when diverted to HSBC.

Our Prices

• All prices listed on the site include VAT (where appropriate). No shipments regardless of size or destination will incur any charges after the item cost displayed on the website.

• At our discretion larger parcels may be sent by courier.

Availability

• We aim to have everything in stock that is displayed on the website and remove it when it is not. Should a situation occur where you have been wrongly sold an item that is out of stock we will contact you and offer a refund. We will not make you wait until the item arrives from our supplier, however may offer you this choice.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Delivery Times

• Orders fulfilled by Decrescent.com and shipped to UK addresses typically arrive within 2-5 days. Please allow 7 working days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

• Orders shipped to European addresses typically arrive within 5-7 days. Please allow 14 working days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

• Allow 6 weeks for deliveries to BFPO addresses.

• Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the bank holiday weekends. We suggest allowing an additional 2-3 days for your packages to arrive to allow for delays within the mail.

• It is up to you to make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.

Cancellation

• If you have made an order and wish to cancel it then please contact us through sales@decrescent.com.

• If you have received the order and wish to cancel then please inform us as soon as possible and we will send you a returns label so we can process your refund or exchange more efficiently. Note that all returns of this nature need to be un-opened and in their original packaging.

Returns

• What is most important to us is that shopping with Decrescent.com is a simple, "hassle-free", process.

• We are happy to accept returns of unwanted, faulty or damaged items. If you have received such an item then please contact us at sales@decrescent.com detailing the problem and your invoice number so we can process a refund/replacement.
• In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrive damaged, defected or don't arrive at all, please contact us at the above address and we will send you a Freepost returns label. For simple returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for return shipping, however we will always make it simple by sending through a returns label.
